Ingredients:
  • 4 oz. Dr. Lo Riesling
  • 1 oz. Peach purée
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • 1 sprig Thyme

Pour the Dr. Lo Riesling, peach purée and lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Ignite the thyme needles and let burn slight, then put out. Place the charred thyme spring over the drink as the garnish.

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz. Dr. L Sparkling
  • 1 oz. Honeydew & cilantro purée

Add honeydew & cilantro purée to the bottom of a chilled fluted glass or cocktail coupe. Top with Dr. L Sparkling. Garnish with a honeydew melon ball placed in or on the edge of the glass.

To make honeydew & cilantro purée:
  • 1/2 honeydew melon
  • 8 sprigs of cilantro, remove stems
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoon raw sugar

Place ingredients in a food processor and mix until combined. Transfer to an airtight container and store for up to two weeks.

  • 1 bottle (750ml) Dr. L Riesling

  • Ice, for serving

Chop your fruit and add it to a large pitcher. Pour in the Dr. L Riesling and orange liqueur, stirring to combine. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.

  • 1 oz coconut water

Stir together the pineapple syrup, coconut water, and guava nectar. Pour in a large coupe glass and top with Dr. L Sparkling Riesling. Squeeze a fresh lime wedge over the drink and serve.

To make the pineapple syrup:

Reduce 2 cans (8.4oz each) of pineapple juice in a saucepan until thick and purée-like (about 45-60 minutes). Let cool and store.

Ingredients:
  • 4 oz. Dr. L Dry Riesling
  • 1 ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Ginger syrup

Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with a wide lemon peel and candied-ginger.

To make ginger syrup:
  • 8 ounces chopped ginger (225 grams)
  • 4 cups water filtered or spring water preferred
  • 2 cups sugar organic cane
  • pinch salt

Cut the ginger into thin slices, then coarsely chop it into smaller pieces. Place the ginger along with the water, sugar, and salt in a non-reactive saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a steady simmer. Cook for 45 minutes to one hour.

Let cool, then strain the syrup through a fine-mesh strainer. Store the strained syrup in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to use.

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz. Dr. L Riesling
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. tarragon syrup

Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Double-strain into an chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a wide lemon peel and a spring of tarragon.

To make tarragon syrup:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • leaves from 5 tarragon sprigs (washed and dried)

In a small pan, combine the sugar and water and slowly bring to a boil, stirring all the time until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for one minute then remove from heat. Add the picked tarragon leaves and leave to steep for at least 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz. Dr. L Sparkling Riesling
  • ½ oz. Lavender-Honey syrup

Add lavender-honey syrup to the bottom of a chilled fluted glass or cocktail coupe. Top with Dr. L Sparkling Riesling. Garnish with a long lavender stalk and spring.

To make lavender-honey syrup:
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lavender leaves OR dried lavender buds

Heat water in a small saucepan until hot, but not boiling. Add honey and lavender leaves (or buds), and stir until honey is completely dissolved.

Remove from heat, and let steep for one hour. Stir every fifteen minutes or so to recombine the lavender into the liquid.

Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve, and into an airtight container. Press down on the lavender in the fine mesh sieve to squeeze more flavor into the syrup. Discard lavender.
